My name is Chris Lahay as you may have gathered from the domain name of the site. Happily married 30something with 4 kids living in Peterborough, Ontario. For 15 years I worked in various positions in the newspaper industry but decided to leave this stressful environment in October 2009. Since then I have been earning a living as a freelance writer, webmaster, and Internet marketer serving customers mainly in the UK and United States.

While my background has always been in either production, scheduling or marketing, I have always been interested in entrepreneurship and earning a living working for myself. I once ran a successful bar promotion business called Full House Poker Tour that shut down in 2007.

For the 623rd time, I have decided to attempt to blog regularly about things that interest me including Internet marketing, online businesses, webmasters tips, and search engine marketing. I also reserve the right to post about my wife and kids, country music, the Havelock Jamboree and my Seagull guitar should the mood strike me. I promise I won’t submit those to Reddit though.

In my spare time I sleep for short periods of time.
